**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Product Delivery team within British Airways’ Global Revenue. From actively supporting the launch of brand-new commercial products to protecting commercial interest on the day of departure, this role really has it all

The Product Delivery Systems Executive role spans across two main areas - Product Support and Commercial Operations:
The Product Support team maintains and develops most of our commercial selling and support systems. A key-enabler, you'll explore system capabilities to make sure our fare products are shown, distributed and sold to the right channel at the right time. In addition, you'll work with a wide range of other systems such as, codeshare tools and customer messaging.

The Commercial Operations team is the face of Commercial, tasked with protecting our commercial and customers’ interest inside the operational window. Working in this dynamic team will see you deal with a variety of operational areas, constantly on the look-out to optimise revenue, finding creative solutions to operational issues and representing Commercial in disruption. No day will ever be the same.

Product Support work regular business hours, Monday to Friday. Commercial Operations work shifts, with a 6-on-3-off pattern.

We will work with you to understand which area best fits your skills, interest and personal needs. Longer term, colleagues have the option to be rotated between the two areas, in order to further develop their skills and capabilities and experience different parts of the business.

**About you**:

- Proven problem solving and analytical skills to investigate complex issues, make decisions and implement solutions
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with ability to provide input in decision making process and adapt communication style, depending on audience

Experience of working in some of the following would be beneficial but not essential:

- Product Operations or Product Support
- Customer Success, Revenue Management, Reservations/Ticketing, Help Desk or Problem-solving, Pricing or Price Distribution, Business/Customer role in IT projects, Role involving 3rd party suppliers of IT products
