**The role**:Resource Delivery Executive (Secondment, 6-12 Months)**
Now is an exciting time to join the Resource Delivery team within Operations Planning. You will be accountable for delivering the right level of resource for operationally critical teams across our Cabin Crew, Flight Crew and Heathrow business areas.
**What you’ll do**:
- Working as part of a wider team, you'll take a set of resource requirements for your area and review skills, shift times, and resource supply to optimally meet those requirements, supporting the delivery of a robust flying schedule for our workforce and, ultimately, our customers.
- You'll also deal with on-the-day queries from the frontline workforce, collaborating with our Resource Allocation teams to react swiftly to any on-the-day events crafting a resourcing risk to the operation, and working together to reach the best outcome.

- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with various departments and stakeholders across the organisation.
