Guidant Global are exclusively searching for a consultant Resourcing Partner to join a very well-known organisation, on a contract basis as a Resourcing Partner.

**Role Purpose**
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for either specialist or volume hiring across multiple departments within operations and business support functions.
- Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and results against KPI's using a variety of project management, relationship management, and recruitment and assessment techniques.
- Translate diversity and inclusion ambitions to ensure that our talent and resourcing processes are both supportive and inspiring both internally and externally
- Oversee structure of the team and its operations
- Create medium to long-term recruitment strategies for designated business areas to deliver quality hires on time
- Pipeline management; designing and managing the smooth delivery of recruitment activity, including pre-screening, online testing, telephone and video interviewing, and assessment events.
- Developing and sharing insightful reporting to demonstrate progress against targets and measuring ROI and performance against KPI's.
- Strong knowledge of right to work and referencing requirements, keeping safety as a key focus.
- Involvement in evolving the organisations EVP and keeping career sites internally and externally relevant, accessible, and attractive.
- Continuous improvement of assessment approaches.
- Represent the organisation and act as a brand ambassador at recruitment fairs, building strong relationships with external bodies.
- Support the broader Talent & Development team across several additional projects as necessary.

**You will/be**
- Experienced in 360 Recruitment Drives & Campaigns
- A self-starter with Leadership, autonomy, and decision-making skills,
- Manage a high volume of roles and drive the delivery in an engaging and proactive way
- Have exceptional organisation skills with the ability to change priority at short notice
- Oversee structure of the team and its operations

**Qualifications**:
Strong internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential to ensure the success of the organisation's recruitment campaigns

Experience ideally across several resourcing activities: Direct sourcing, attraction strategies (including social media), assessment centre design and execution, competency-based interviewing, partnering with a variety of talent and resourcing suppliers

Knowledge of diversity & inclusion, internal mobility, talent management & succession planning.

Project management skills

Negotiation skills

Ability to engage and build relationships internally and externally

Able to work at pace with a flexible, agile attitude

Comfortable with ambiguity and change

Attention to detail and compliance focused

Passionate about creating an excellent stakeholder experience

Qualified or experience in psychometric testing tools, such as Saville Consulting, SHL, Belbin etc.

Technical experience of Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Boolean Searching, Talent Mapping, PPC campaigns and other attraction methods
