We are delighted to offer this paediatric Specialist Speech and Language Therapist post to an enthusiastic therapist who is passionate about supporting children's speech, language and communication needs and who is looking to further develop their skills.

You will work alongside early years practitioners in the Flying Start Team providing assessment, diagnosis and support to people who work with children who have a range of speech and language needs. You will provide clinical support for other members of the SLT team and maybe responsible for mentoring newly qualified SLTs.

We are looking for a therapist who works well as part of a team with excellent communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively with others. You will demonstrate the Health Board values of listening, learning and improving, treating everyone with respect and always working together as one team.

Cwm Taf Morgannwg SLT department are a friendly and compassionate team who place a strong commitment to supporting staff wellbeing, supervision and continued professional development. You will be invited to attend regular staff development workshops and paeds meetings where you will have the opportunity to develop your CPD. You will have access to a range of clinical specialists for support and advice.
