**Drone Training Administrator**

**Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Input and manage training-related data efficiently.
- Adjudicate remote theoretical examinations.
- Distribute training materials and certification.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and professional advice.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications & Desirable Skills**
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or training-related role is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the drone industry or aviation training is a plus but not essential.
- Experience with LMS systems and data management tools is advantageous.
- Basic technical understanding of drones/UAS is desirable but can be learned on the job.
- Familiarity with Shopify and experience in creating quotes and invoices is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- North Shields: On Location at heliguy HQ (NE29 7SE). Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).

**Step 5** - You'll join us on an initial 12 months probationary period and all being well, you'll join us as a permanent member of staff.

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
