**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join our Operations team.
As Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of training for XLVets members and other professionals across the veterinary industry. This role involves coordinating all aspects of training logistics, including managing course bookings, securing venues, and liaising with trainers to ensure smooth and effective delivery.

Whether you’re managing logistics for a CPD programme or helping shape our member communications, you’ll be part of a team that values your voice and contribution.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Logistics Management** Coordinate all aspects of training delivery, including scheduling courses, booking venues, accommodation and meals, and arranging equipment and materials.
- **Course Administration** Manage course registrations, maintain attendance records, and ensure all pre
- and post-course documentation is completed accurately.
- **Trainer and Delegate Liaison** Act as the main point of contact for trainers and delegates, providing timely communication and support before, during, and after training events.
- **Content Coordination** Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials, and support in the marketing of training events by ensuring content is up to date.
- **System and Database Management** Maintain training records and databases, ensuring accurate tracking of participation, feedback, and certification.
- **Feedback and Evaluation** Collect and analyse delegate feedback to support continuous improvement of training programmes.
- **Support for Online and In-Person Delivery** Provide technical and logístical support for both virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
- **Collaboration and Communication** Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure training aligns with organisational goals and member needs.
**Essential Skills & Attributes**
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role

- Ability to problem-solve and stay calm when facing last-minute changes or issues
- A genuine enthusiasm for creating outstanding client experiences

- Confident managing data, ensuring accuracy and security
- Confident using Microsoft 365 and cloud-based administrative tools
**Desirable Skills & Knowledge**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the veterinary industry
