Our client, a highly successful and globally renowned estate agency, are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team as an Operations Coordinator in their prestigious Super Prime Central London office

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing key administrative and secretarial support to the teams in the office, with a focus on supporting the lettings team
- Liaise with other offices and lettings managers across London on behalf of the team
- Assist the team with arranging viewings and ensuring diaries are kept up to date
- Provide support with board meetings by preparing documentation, PowerPoints, and taking minutes
- Liaise with the marketing on new and existing property adverts on the website as well as mailing lists and brochures
- Assist with team diary management and ensuring individual team holidays and meetings are coordinated smoothly.
- Manage expenses for the team
- Create and update applicant registrations on the system, ensuring all key requirements are noted
- Upload new property listings onto property portals, such as Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market
- Managing compliance processes for both tenants and landlords ensuring best practice regulations and conduct reporting
- Providing ad hoc support to the team when needed

**Experience and expertise required**:

- At least 1 year experience in a property admin support role
- Or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar admin role
- A motivated, ambitious and organised team player
- Confident at dealing with individuals of all levels
- Strong all round administrative and time management skills
- Strong IT skills
- Strong proof-reading skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional standard of English grammar and spelling - written and verbal.

**Salary**:
£28,000 - £36,000 per annum + company benefits
