**Job description**

As part of our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to provide excellent customer service in all aspects of provisioning. In addition, providing Business & Sales support to existing customers around sales orders, quotes, and service renewals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn whilst you learn and gain qualifications and experience along the way. With the apprenticeship, you will be given the opportunity of obtaining QA qualifications as well as industry accreditations.

**The Team**

Our Business Support Team are the key contact point for existing and new customers of KubeNet. Whether a company is going to work with us for the first time or are a long-standing customer, the business support team manage all account requirements of new services, order processing and managing those relationships.

The team have regular contact with our customers and suppliers - as well as working closely with the other teams in the business. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the Technology industry/sector and how we support a lot of different types of organisations throughout the UK.

**What is Provisioning?**

Provisioning is order processing. We deliver a range of products to large and small companies across Scotland and the UK. Those orders will be everything from telephony, Microsoft services, Mobile, Hardware, Data Connectivity and much more. KubeNet work with a lot of large organisations where we buy products on a wholesale basis and combined with our enhanced services deliver those products to clients. yeah

Suppliers include: Microsoft, Cisco, BT, Virgin, Talk Talk Business, Vodafone, CityFibre, and Datto. Our Business support team will use a variety of platforms and portals to access and input information as part of supporting our customers and those orders. When orders have been placed (or provisioned) we need to manage that order process by working with the suppliers and the customers until those orders and services have successfully been delivered. It’s our job to manage the process and keep the customer fully informed and that they get their new products and services as soon as possible.

**Key Responsibilities**

After training, you will be responsible and supported on delivering below:

- Processing and liaising with customers, resellers, partners and suppliers regarding order, Queries, amendments and updates
- Answering phone calls.
- Chase, update and follow through to completion all orders, including escalations in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate jobs/ arrange engineer visits
- Ongoing maintenance and response for any Provisioning related tasks
- Liaise with colleagues regarding any provisioning orders being escalated or potential issues.
- Provide up to date progress reports on current opportunities, orders and workflows using company systems
- Maintain customer records with asset and product credentials
- Adhere and contribute to the company’s quality system and processes, and their maintenance.

- Natural flair for delivering high levels of Customer Service and problem solving
- Being proactive and autonomous when required

- Excellent attention to detail achieving high levels of accuracy

**Salary**: £5.28-£7.49 per hour
