Opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator for a Records and Information Managament software company working with over 10,000 clients throughout various industries including financial, legal, healthcare and government sector.

You will be situated within the Business Systems Support team in IT. The key stakeholders for this role will be Client Care and Sales Accounts Managers and offer system support to aid in their ability to provide end-to-end records and information management services to clients across Europe.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Systems improvements: Co-ordinating the end-to-end testing of new workflows, rules, and objects
- Systems administration: Improve the effectiveness of Salesforce Administration through establishing change-management processes, and ensuring that the companies Salesforce instance and integrations are well documented
- Knowledge and reporting: Creating and maintaining a working knowledge base within Service Cloud

**Essentials**:

- In-depth knowledge of.Net technologies and experience with.Net core
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and previous working experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Experience with SFDC Service Cloud
- Sandbox environment management experience
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including: Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings and dashboards.
- Training users and creating training materials
