This is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills in a dynamic environment while working with a wide range of stakeholders.What youll be doing:Providing sales-focused professional and accurate support to help deliver distribution targetsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in intermediary firmsDiscussing negotiating and analysing intermediary requirements to ensure the best outcomesRecording and managing activity in Salesforce CRM to identify opportunitiesMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of products market trends and developmentsPreparing materials for and attending roadshows to promote understanding of our productsTaking ownership of your personal development and learningEnsuring compliance with all legislative regulatory and company standardsQualifications : Who were looking for:Experience in an office-based customer service administration or support roleStrong communication skills both verbal and written with confidence in phone-based supportAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environmentExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage prioritiesProactive approach and ability to use initiativeCompetence in Microsoft Office tools including Teams Outlook Word and ExcelStrong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships internally and externallyWillingness to work towards CII GR1 qualification within 18 monthsWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
