**Salesforce Administrator - Diversified Business Communications: Brighton Office, UK**

**Permanent Role, Full-time**

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work within a collaborative team, to assist the Head of Salesforce & IT Security in supporting the company with the Salesforce CRM. You will work across all events and publications, liaising with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams. You will be part of a busy, dynamic, and hard-working department.

**The Role**
- Generate reports and extract data for a range of business and analytical purposes.
- Be a point of contact for Salesforce database trouble shooting. Provide user training, support, and feedback as and when required.
- Assist with the transition of users from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning.
- Monitor the database and undertake or initiate regular data cleansing in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Oversee database design and development in agreement with Salesforce and Head of Salesforce & IT Security.
- Ensure consistent data quality in the initial capture and storage of personal information.
- Assist with all database documentation, including standards, procedures, and definitions for users.
- Provide for data security and recovery.
- Undertake any other adhoc duties and responsibilities in line with the post level.

**Your Profile**
- Significant Salesforce data management and process experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and working with data.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and business IT systems.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Can work to deadlines.
- Calm under pressure.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative.
