**Client Details**
Page Personnel are working with a successful and leading company going through an exciting period of growth. They are looking for a Collections Specialist to join their team.
**Description**
Collections Specialist responsibilities include:
- Collection of direct debit payments in line with company procedure.
- Make initial contact with customers when payments are returned, securing alternative payment and all collections activity to pre-legal stage.
- Making decisions with regards to the stopping of accounts.
- Re-evaluating accounts for release in line with the terms of our credit insurance policy.
- Dealing with customer complaints.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with sales teams.
**Profile**
- Experience of previously working within Collections - Desirable
- Strong telephone communication skills - Required
- Be KPI driven and comfortable working towards targets - Required
- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Desirable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills - Required
**Job Offer**
This role offers a salary between £20,000-£28,000 depending on experience level, as well as a benefits package including Study Support, on-site parking, on-site gym, subsidised canteen, games room, 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, life insurance + More
