As Tech Ops Lead, you will ensure that our systems run smoothly and securely to empower our customers to achieve their goals across our Cloud-Native, Serverless environment.

Once you are here, you will:

- Ensure the right policies and processes are in place to enable & empower our customers.
- Manage our SaaS estate, with a focus on SAML SSO, User [de]provisioning, and policies.
- Respond to & resolve or delegate automated alerts from our Partners & Security tools.
- Incident/Problem Management across our SaaS Tooling.
- Assist in improving our security posture across many partners and SaaS services.
- Be responsible for 3rd-Line Escalations from our IT Helpdesk, with a focus on enablement & improving our processes.
- Manage on-premise A/V & networking equipment.

Skills & Qualifications we need:

- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Azure - Both would be a plus.
- Experience setting-up and managing SaaS tools for business and engineering teams, such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Slack Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Zero-Trust security principles
- Experience with some of the following technologies: nginx, Docker, TLS
- Network or Systems Admin experience.
