We are looking for a S&OP Subject Matter Expert to join our Presale Center of Excellence as **Global Presales Lead**. In this role, your main aim will be to guide, educate and assist the Presales function globally within the Sales and Operations Planning space.

**Main Duties**:

- Provide domain expertise and share knowledge with colleagues worldwide
- Collaborate with the Solution Squads in the creation of the S&OP Board Solution
- Foster the expansion of Board within existing Customers in the S&OP space
- Play a central role in the enablement and knowledge-sharing sessions for Pre-Sales worldwide, creating and updating presales assets for enablement (e.g. demo scripts, training videos, documentation)
- Contribute to the completion of selected RFP/RFI
- Draft Competitive Intelligence Documentation
- Translate go to market strategies in Presales best practices and success
- Take part into local Pre-Sales Enablement process
- Participate into marketing events and roadshows

**This Role Might Be For You If You Have**:

- Academic Background in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science or similar fields
- Proven experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions, knowledge of ERP tools is preferred
- Deep knowledge of best practices in supply chain planning & optimization, in conjunction with a good comprehension of supply chain planning concepts, processes, organization and KPIs.
- Strong expertise in key industries (CPG, Apparel/Footwear, Discrete Manufacturing, High Tech etc.) will be considered a plus
- Strong communication, presentation and training skills are required
- Capacity to transmit technical information to all involved stakeholders
- Aptitude to work proactively and thrive in a high-energy environment and adapt rapidly to changes
- Proven aptitude to collaborate with and drive cross-functional teams at a global level
