Join us as a Network and Partnerships Management Lead
- You'll lead Commercial Banking's partnerships strategy to help grow our business and support our customers, working with internal senior stakeholders
- You’ll provide guidance to our franchises to ensure customers have the best experience related to international payments
- You’ll ensure a successful and harmonised relationship with SWIFT, a key provider of services across the organisation

**What you'll do**:
As a Network and Partnerships Management Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end accountability of all network management activity, including cash, payments, and securities across all customer businesses. You’ll also manage the franchise partnership strategy and associated partnership framework, including 'in life' management co-ordination.

Your role will also involve:

- Owning partnership content at relevant forums and managing franchise partnership frameworks
- Optimising and maintaining the vendor network to support the organisation's business activity to build and leverage strategic vendor relationships
- Making sure that the relationship between the organisation and SWIFT is proactively managed and controlled
- Designing and transforming the use of network for flows, removing and alleviating culturally embedded reciprocity concerns, and resolving business issues or problems
- Delivering market intelligence and engaging with business lines to define and support the organisation's response to market changes

**The skills you'll need**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need expert knowledge of payment schemes, instruments and operations management practice including processes, tools, and systems. You’ll need experience of managing third party commercial partnerships and wide knowledge of the Fintech marketplace.

You’ll also need:

- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships focusing on transparency and service management
- A good understanding of the partnerships ecosystem in financial services and related bank opportunities
- Knowledge of the payments and securities industry, with recognised industry qualifications
- Expert knowledge of market infrastructure and deposits providers
- Proven experience of working with securities or payment themed external bodies
