An exciting opportunity has emerged for a **Partnership Lead**, a dynamic and experienced professional capable of leading activities that bolster Camden's service relationship management with numerous Mental Health Services partners.

As a Partnership Lead, you will spearhead and sustain a service integration strategy, playing a crucial role in fostering greater collaboration between Camden and external partners within integrated care systems and anti-drugs partnerships.

In this 12-month fixed-term role based in Camden, you will encounter diverse challenges daily, underscoring the need for flexibility, curiosity, and effective listening skills.

**Hours**: 37.5 per week

**Salary**:£39,302.37 - £43,814.50 (CGL Scale 36-40) dependent on experience plus ILW (£4,072.06)

**Responsibilities**:
**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Partnerships Lead with a diverse portfolio, including Mental Health, Primary Care, and Acute Trusts. As part of our commitment to Camden, increasing screening of Substance Misuse (SM) needs and referrals into SM services is a key priority. The Partnerships Lead role is integral to managing relationships with a significant number of Mental Health services (including MH Supported Accommodation and in-patient wards), GPs, Primary Care Networks, and two large Acute Trusts (Royal Free and UCLH).
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with a significant number of Mental Health services, including MH Supported Accommodation and in-patient wards.
- Cultivate strong connections with GPs, Primary Care Networks, and two large Acute Trusts (Royal Free and UCLH).
- Identify areas for integrated working, developing robust pathways and processes for reviewing referrals, and resolving issues/challenges.
- Represent the SM service at various operational meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service integration strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing partnerships with Mental Health services, GPs, Primary Care Networks, and Acute Trusts.
- Strong understanding of Substance Misuse needs and referral processes.
- Ability to identify opportunities for integrated working and develop effective pathways.
- Skilled in resolving issues and challenges related to referrals.
- Representation experience at operational meetings.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
