Map key segments, define our value proposition, and create a repeatable acquisition model.Source and close partner deals. Identify aligned SMEs, brokers, and benefit providers. Lead conversations, tailor proposals, and close high-value deals with decision-makers.Operationalise the channel. Work across growth, ops, and product to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for employer clients. Define playbooks and help build internal tooling.Collaborate cross-functionally.
