Adult Social Worker

Our clients in York are seeking a Social Worker to join their Adult Social Care Community Team.
This is a full time role for an immediate start and is expected to be between 3 and 6 months
Some remote working is possible and pool cars are available for work travel.
**Core responsibilities, tasks and duties include;**
- Safeguarding experience.
- Completing complex assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments.
- Good working knowledge of Care Act, MCA legislation.
- Ability to work remotely using virtual platforms to communicate.
**Essential skills and experience for this role**
- IT skills, preferably using Mosaic case management system.
- A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent).
- Eligibility to work within the UK.
- At least 2 years recent Social Work experience within an Adult Social Work team.
Pay will depend on qualifications and experience.
