**The role**
- Organising on-site and off-site Company-wide meetings, Senior Management Meetings or Company social events, sourcing appropriate venues, providing costings and ensuring that all requirements for the event are in place
- Overseeing travel arrangements
- Overseeing maintenance arrangements
- Management of day-to-day office administration
- The full range of administrative support required which could include PowerPoint presentations, drafting of letters, Microsoft suite including Excel document creation, proof reading of documents and the preparation of both legal and tender documents
- Processing expenses
- Act as a first point of contact for all utility contracts and suppliers including building maintenance (e.g. electricians, plumbers, decorators)
- Management of day-to-day office administration such as utilities, maintenance or improvements of all company offices including proactively manage supplier contracts and renewals
- Undertake parking space management for employees and visitors
- Answering the main switchboard number and managing inbound calls in a professional manner
- Complete stationery orders for the office and ensure that the stationery room is organised
- Oversee the cleaning contractors - establishing requirements and acting as a point of contact to manage work
- Assisting the Directors with Health and safety requirements such as fire drills, First Aiders and organising relevant training
- Assisting with the ongoing implementation and review of ISO: 9001
**About you**
You should have an adaptable approach and willingness to learn and demonstrate excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, with experience of working in a commercial, fast paced and deadline-driven environment.
