As a Project coordinator, you will hold a key role within the PMO function within a fast paced, exciting, and growing company (45% year-on-year for the past 3 years). We need you to help co-ordinate projects in a precise and effective manner, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients are satisfied. This role brings multiple functions together to successfully deliver demanding, sometimes complex, and often time-hungry projects. This role is based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes.

You will be responsible for overseeing customer updates for any projects as well as ensuring the project boards are kept up to date by the project engineers. You will work with our clients to deliver a best-in-class service.

**Responsibilities**

In addition to the requirements described above there are some very specific responsibilities that come with the role:

- Using project boards, ticket management and resource allocation to drive project delivery through to assigned engineers
- Liaise with 3rd parties
- Creating and attending client facing project meetings
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, internal and external.
- Support the Project Management team to ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with company process requirements

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in customer service/ office administration
- Understanding of Projects Management principles
- Posses excellent organisational skills in a multi-tasking environment
- Ability to work effectively and complete all relevant documentation accurately
- Attention to detail
- Project lifecycle knowledge

- Experience of using a PMO tool i.e. Monday, MS Project, Smartsheets
- Experience within an IT project environment

**Salary / package**
- £28,000 - £34,000 per annum dependant on experience
