**Job Title **Marketing Executive
**Division **FI Real Estate Management and FigFlex Offices
**Location **Based at Head Office, Canal Mill, Chorley, Lancashire, PR6 9AF
**Reporting to**:Head of Marketing
**Liaison with**:Various departments, stakeholders and affiliates

**Salary**: £30-35k plus benefits

**Role Overview**
We are looking for a talented, results-driven Marketing Executive to join our internal marketing team and play their part in driving our business objectives with their expertise in marketing. Experience in the property sector is highly desirable but not essential.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns that help us achieve business objectives
- Marketing planning and implementation across offline and social media platforms
- Liaise with the in-house team and 3rd party suppliers in relation to branding, digital marketing, events, marketing materials, signage, print, PR and other activities
- Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
- Liaison with outsourced PR agency on all related communications and public relations
- Assist with the planning and organizing of corporate events and exhibitions, represent the business at such events.
- Help manage marketing supplier relationships
- Work closely with the Social Media Executive and Digital Marketing Executive to ensure that social media exposure and Digital Ads and all digital presence is the best it can be and in line with brand guidelines
- Work with creative team to brief in desired marketing assets
- Execute campaigns and monthly reports
- Continually monitor advances and new ideas for marketing assets, campaigns etc and share findings with wider team, to ensure that we are always improving our marketing activities.
- Work closely with the Asset Management, development, and property teams to deliver marketing services and provide advice and recommendations on marketing activity.
- Maintaining brand standards throughout the business.
- Support the Head of Marketing in day-to-day activities and reporting.

**Competencies**
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role - preferably in commercial property or similar industry
- Experience in working and updating website content management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organised and self-motivated.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Sound understanding of full marketing mix
- Planning and organisation skills
- ‘Can do’ attitude.

At times travelling on your own will be required and overnight stays will be expected when attending shows and events over a course of days or some distance from home.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
