Job Summary:
The Group Marketing Executive will work in collaboration with the Group Marketing Manager and all business units in carrying out marketing activities for Primetics, Primetics Seed Solutions, CORE Technology, Agronomix, Volaris Net Europe, AgVentory, Nepri, and initiatives that become present.

The Marketing Executive must be dynamic and commercial in nature and must be able to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The Marketing Executive will develop and oversee marketing campaigns in line with each business unit’s objectives and strategy.

Reporting line/team

This role is part of the Marketing team and reports to the Group Marketing Manager.

**Job Description**:
Key accountabilities
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of all marketing activities for Primetics, Primetics Seed Solutions, CORE Technology, Volaris Net Europe, Agronomix, AgVentory and Nepri.
- Planning and creating digital marketing campaigns across all units and monitoring performance and generating new ideas for marketing ideas.
- Create PR content for all industry focused publications that we feature in across the year, create the artwork and the copy. (each division).
- Work collaboratively with a wider team in improving the design and SEO of each website.
- Undertake tasks to support internal communications across the group.
- Graphic design work for the Group. Any artwork for the business including online and offline material. (i.e, publications, website graphics, software icons).
- Monitoring competitor activities and conducting analyses, reporting back to wider team.
- Management and development of social media platforms, including writing social posts and monitoring performance.
- Support each business unit in generating new business leads through marketing campaigns, events, social media etc.
- Assist with customer surveys across business units and analyse the data within Salesforce.
- Work with external SEO agency to grow our website traffic, increase our website performance, improve our keywords and more.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans for each business unit.
- Attend appropriate industry events.
- Identify new marketing opportunities that are in line with company objectives.
- Assist with event management and execution for pre and post event logistics.
- Deliver any other marketing ad-hoc duties.

Key competencies
- Strong experience of digital and content marketing.
- Keen business and commercial awareness, with a strategic outlook to support the delivery of marketing plans.
- Ability to be imaginative in approach and work on own initiative to develop improved ways of working.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong content writing experience.
- Video creation using Adobe software (not essential).
- Experience of Adobe design suite.

Knowledge or qualifications required
- Bachelors degree or education to support a Marketing role.
- Marketing role experience (1-2 years).
