Office Administrator with experience in finance and invoicing required for contract support administration and scheduling role in Exeter.
**PERMANENT FULL TIME JOB**
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS JOB WILL INVOLVE WORKING FROM HOME 4 DAYS OF THE WEEK AND WORKING IN EXETER FOR ONE DAY OF THE WEEK.**
- ** £26,000 per annum** plus 33 days holiday per annum plus pension and annual pay reviews
- 40 hours of the week - Monday to Friday
- ** Start and finish times are flexible as long as 40 hours per week are completed.**
**Purpose of role**:
Working for one of the UK's largest construction and maintenance companies you will be required to generate invoices and purchase order numbers, book in subcontractors for maintenance and repair work, send out quotations to clients, type up financial progress reports and carry out general data administration work.
**Essential Applicant Experience and Knowledge**:
- All applicants must have experience of generating invoices and raising PO numbers
- All applicants must be numerically confident (a knowledge of finance would be v useful)
- All applicants must have experience in diary management and/or scheduling
- Very good office administration experience - invoicing, PO numbers and quotations
- Excellent customer service experience, confident telephone manner and very good attitude to work

£26k pa, plus 33 days holiday, flexible start and finish times, permanent role.
