We have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected and successful financial planning company who are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to become the face of their business

**Job Title**: Receptionist / Administrator

**Salary**:Up to £26,000 dependant on experience, plus benefits

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 8.45am-5.30pm

**Benefits**: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, accrue a day each year up to 30, company bonus scheme, modern office with large on-site subsidised café, free parking and on-site showers.

**The Company**: A leading and long-established wealth management company formed in 1935 based in Exeter, who specialise in advising clients who want a personal and unbiased financial planning process. Clients include successful entrepreneurs,family businesses, partners in large legal firms, senior medical consultants, high profile charities and family trusts.

**The Role**:Set in their ultra-modern offices, you will be the face of the company playing an integral role, providing a consistently excellent reception and administration service. Duties include operating the switchboard, welcoming and directingvisitors, and acting as a central information point.
- Maintaining a corporate, professional presentation at all times, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors.
- To receive and prioritise incoming telephone calls and deal with them appropriately, including recording and distributing messages as required and maintain a rapid response rate.
- To welcome visitors in a professional and hospitable manner, ensuring signing in procedures are followed, and to provide refreshments as required.
- Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a variety of computer software packages, phone and photocopier.
- Open/distribute the incoming mail.
- Management of meeting rooms and the visitor park space.
- To provide administrative and secretarial support if needed.
- Ensure that cover is maintained on reception throughout working hours and ensure the telephone is covered throughout the working day.
- To ensure appropriate standards of tidiness and order in the reception area.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
- Provide excellent customer service as the face of the Company and first point of contact.
- Experience of managing a switchboard - telephone calls for multiple companies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational, time management and project management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
