**Role Overview**:
As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a pivotal role in our residential children's home, providing leadership and guidance in residential childcare. Your responsibilities will include actively supporting and empowering children and young people on a day-to-day basis. **Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Provide leadership within the team to create a cohesive and supportive environment.

**Requirements**:

- **UK Driver's License**: Essential for the role, as it involves transportation responsibilities.
- **NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare**: A must-have qualification to ensure a strong foundation in providing quality care.
