Condensed shifts: 2 days on, 4 days off on a rolling rota (yes, this means work-life balance is real here). 

5.6 weeks annual leave.

Lead from the front As the shift lead, you’ll mentor, coach, and inspire your team to bring their A-game.

Get hands-on: whether it’s helping with homework, exploring the outdoors, or just being the steady presence they can rely on, you’ll make every day count.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: You’ve achieved your Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.

Experience: You’ve worked with children in residential care or similar settings and know how to navigate challenging behaviours like a pro.

Passion: You bring energy, resilience, and a can-do attitude that inspires others to follow your lead.
