Base pay range Base salary of £30,222 - £34,182 plus £3,900 annual sleep allowance. Benefits Condensed shifts: 2 days on, 4 days off on a rolling rota. 5.6 weeks annual leave. What We’re Looking For Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce. Experience working with children in residential care or similar settings, with proven ability to navigate challenging behaviours.
