Base salary of £26,800 – £30,760 plus £3,900 annual sleep-in allowance. Set shift patterns including sleep-ins. 5.6 weeks annual leave. Additional leave at 2- and 5-years' service. You'll work within a close-knit team of 6, with amazing support from Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts—all dedicated to helping children find their path to brighter futures. What We're Looking For Experience with Children: Maybe it's in care, education, or another setting—you bring your passion and energy to the table. Enthusiasm & Resilience: You're eager to make a difference and handle challenges with positivity.
