Programme Support Services**
- maintaining schedules and plans;

- maintaining risks, actions, issues and change registers;
- dependency management;
- resource management;
- supporting communication mechanisms; and
- developing documentation and templates.

**Reporting**
- co-ordinate the production of reports to support governance by collating, analysing, evaluating and manipulating data, records and other information;
- maintain databases, libraries, registers and systems;
- utilise the MS365 suite, Antura, Power BI to improve stakeholders understanding of projects and programmes

**Education and training**
- provide education **, **training and first line support on the agreed Developments delivery procedures, processes and tools;
- support senior management in championing and embedding Developments delivery practices across the wider CHP organisation;
- coach staff to gain maximum benefit from available technology and best practices

**Analysis**
- maintain databases, libraries, registers and systems
- analyse data to identify opportunities for cost and time improvements
- support a better understanding of the programme through analysis and recommendations.
