**Alliance Manchester Business School is seeking to appoint a talented and motivated individual to join the Programme Management & Delivery team in the MBA & Global Operations team.**

The key distinctive features of our FT MBA programme include a focus on experiential and consultancy-led learning, a global outlook and a behavioural approach. The Global MBA has been delivered transnationally since 1992 through the network of UoM international centres.
It is an exciting time for the MBA & Global Operations team as we reorganise the team to better support all of our programmes and also to change our ways of working, to enable colleagues to work together more easily and increase organisational agility.
This is one of a number of new roles, which will better support all of our programmes; supporting our students, delivering world class programmes and student experience which is at the heart of what we do.
The Programme Management & Delivery Coordinator will support the Programme Management & Delivery Officer to coordinate the delivery of teaching and learning activities across the programme and delivery team, within the Teaching & Learning area that sits within the MBA & Global Operations Team.
They will be responsible for administering all aspects of activity in this area. Including, course unit set up, academic support and servicing committees. They will also ensure compliance in relation to external academics, accreditation and administer programme changes and coordinate the programme handbooks. They will work closely with staff at our international centres offering partner support, as well as coordinating academic and student fees and expenses.
Applicants should have experience of working in the area of teaching and Learning and/or student administration in Higher Education.
Essential to this role is the ability to supervise and motivate staff and the ability to communicate effectively with staff from across the MBA & Global programmes, international centres, and the School, providing explanation and interpreting information to ensure understanding.
