**Position: Field Sales Representative - MUST DRIVE**

**Location**:Paddington, Westminster, Greater London, United Kingdom

**Salary**: £15.33 per hour PLUS Bonuses per item sold AND Weekly Travel Expenses

**Contract**: Permanent - 30 Hours per week, 5 days (Tue-Sat)

**Expenses**: Daily fuel allowance

**Start Date**: Immediate start available

**Requirements**: Must have a car and a valid driving licence. Must be comfortable working with nicotine and nicotine brands.

**The Role**:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales across multiple **c**onvenience retail stores** within your designated area. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Owning your results**: Achieve daily sales targets, with full accountability for your performance.
- **Reporting**: Submit end-of-day sales reports to track your progress and successes.
- **Customer engagement**: Introduce customers to new brands and products, converting them into loyal buyers.
- **Relationship building**: Cultivate strong relationships with store staff and customers to maximize your sales opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with your client lead to ensure you're hitting targets and growing your sales skills.

- Previous sales experience is ideal, but if you have the drive and belief that you can sell, we want to meet you
- Confident in using online tools for tracking sales and reporting insights.
- Highly motivated with a passion for achieving—and exceeding—targets.
- Resilient and determined with a strong work ethic.
- Goal-oriented and driven by financial incentives.
- Enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about the products you’re selling.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve success.
- Must be comfortable working with nicotine and nicotine brands.
