We have a full-time permanent vacancy of 37 hours (5 days) for a Business Support Team Leader within Caradon Family Hubs supporting the work of the Early Help Service. Caradon Family Hubs is made up from Torpoint, Liskeard, Looe, Callington and Saltash The primary role is to provide administrative support in the delivery of those services, supporting operational colleagues and ensuring timely communications with service users and partner agencies. This role will involve a combination of office and home working.

The successful applicant will undertake workload management and conduct regular one to one sessions and annual appraisals, training and support to a number of Business Support Assistants in order to ensure a high quality, consistent admin support service. You will have responsibility for a range of tasks including premises management, meeting and room booking administration, and input of information to the Case Management System and will support the provision of services to families across several Hubs in the locality.

This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.
