You will provide essential administrative support as part of the Babcock Facilities Management team at RNAS Culdrose contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of site services.Day-to-day youll have the following responsibilities:Liaise effectively with facilities stakeholders customers sub-contractors and visitors; review Risk Assessments when trained and requiredManage correspondence distribution and perform routine administrative and clerical dutiesCoordinate meetings prepare agendas take minutes and manage internal and external communicationsOversee stock control with the site delivery team ensuring timely ordering and replenishment of supplies.This role is full time working 40 hours per week and is based on site at RNAS Culdrose Cornwall.
