**About the role**

We are looking for a People Advisor to join us on a 6 month fixed term basis to provide expert, relevant and timely employment advice, guidance and practical support within Corserv Facilities (CFL).

The primary focus of the role will be to provide an Employee Relations service to CFL. In addition, the role holder will be expected to get involved in the other specialisms of the Employee Lifecycle including Resourcing, Reward, Talent Management and Employee Experience.

We are part of a newly formed HR team which makes this a really exciting time to join us and bring your HR skills and knowledge to this important role.

**About you**

We are looking for you to bring:

- A sound understanding of employment legislation and regulatory bodies in order to manage employee relations cases
- Broad based knowledge of employment legislation and demonstrating up to date knowledge and best practice thinking
- CIPD qualified or part qualified

**Our offer to you**

**Salary: £30,000 FTE**

**Working Hours: 30 Hours per week**

**Contract Type: 6 month FTC**

**Base: Hybrid working from home and office**
