**Do you have experience in implementing Strategic Recruitment strategies for multiple organisations?**

We are looking for a commercially focused and results orientated human resources professional with a demonstrable track record of achievement in developing effective recruitment strategies that shape the workforce to deliver current and future business needs.Experience working in transformational change and improvement environments within complex, multi-disciplined, and shared service environment is ideal.

You'll lead the Recruitment team to deliver an efficient and effective recruitment service

Analyse workforce data against the organisational values and business plan to identify the current and future recruitment needs of the organisation, supporting and enabling the successful achievement of the business objectives.

**About the role**

This role is the lead professional expert in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, so we're looking for a person who can deliver the following:

- Develop and implement tactical delivery plans that directly link into Client People Plans.
- Lead a Recruitment team to deliver services and projects to a highly efficient and effective standard
- Make recommendations related to Recruitment to improve all clients effectiveness and efficiency in delivering services
- To develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with service areas, colleagues and representatives, establishing professional credibility
- Advise and support Senior Managers of the recruitment implications of their decisions, setting out relevant information and risks, coaching them to think longer term.

**You will need**
- A relevant full membership of / professional qualification (e.g. CIPD or FIRP) or must be able to demonstrate suitable alternative experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in a private or public sector similar role
- Experience of working in a multi-client environment
- Proven track record of managing / leading a professional recruitment service and meeting financial / resourcing targets
