Strategic Talent Acquisition: Act as our in-house head-hunter, identifying and onboarding top-tier talent across the UK using LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment methods. Brand Building: Enhance our employer brand through social media, Glassdoor, and EVP initiatives. Process Ownership: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from job adverts to interviews and onboarding. Collaborative Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to define success profiles and improve recruitment outcomes. Innovation & Improvement: Develop new attraction strategies, interview frameworks, and agency relationships. Future Planning: Build and maintain a proactive talent pool and support workforce planning.
