Recruitment Operations Administrator - 3 Month Temporary Contract

**Location: Cirencester**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing the internal mailbox for Talent
- In collaboration with Talent Specialist assist on RTW ‘Right to Work’ validation of correct documentation for RTW in the UK
- Support Head of Interim Hires on team project administration
- Admin responsibilities for internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Processing headcount requests and liaising with Talent Team on allocation of new roles
- Responsible for tracking interview notes
- Updating and administering Internal Job Board
- Responsible for issuing/monitoring SHL Testing

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Especially high attention to detail
- Proactive and flexible approach with excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work to quick turn around timeframes
- Extensive diary management experience
- Proven collaborator management at all levels, using tact and diplomacy as required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to be flexible to meet individual and team goals
- CIPD (L3) would be beneficial
- Employment Law knowledge is an advantage
- Experience of working within a Talent Function preferred (Agency or In-house)
- Experienced user of all Microsoft packages in particular outlook diaries
