**About our group**:
This position provides an opportunity to work in an ambiguous space that delivers results aimed at driving success at Seagate. Seagate’s Contingent Workforce Program is seeking an experienced and talented process lead with a focus on compliance, multifaceted process management, data analysis, excellent written and oral communication along with sound judgement.
**About the role - you will**:
- Manage Contingent Worker records in SAP regarding position creations, record additions, extensions, terminations, and reinstatements
- Create and sustain relationships with stakeholders, engagement managers, and HR business partners
- Use several system programs to document, manipulate, and execute the management of Contingent Workers globally for Seagate
- Work with legal partners and engagement managers on a myriad of topics related to Contingent Workforce Management
- Be responsible for documenting processes and procedures resulting in a stress free and positive experience for both the contingent worker and engagement manager
- Access SAP SuccessFactors position management system and maintain records for contingent workers in a myriad of engagements
- Provide quality customer support in a fast paced and results driven environment
- Contingent Worker engagements require focus and attention to detail, to ensure the customer experience is positive
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and with multiple business partners
**About you**:
- Proactive work style with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and organization process and systems (required)
- Fantastic organizational skills and attention to detail; prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep
- Creative thinker who looks for multiple ways to solve solutions in an ambiguous environment
- Familiarity with implementing program compliance and training programs
- Knowledge of either domestic/international Contingent Workforce management, procurement, human resources, or contract management
**Your experience includes**:
- Manage Contingent Worker records in SAP regarding position creations, record additions, extensions, terminations, and reinstatements
- Working in multi-location projects and operations with international teams across multiple time zones
- Managing several data sources and systems with the ability to sort and manipulate to find the right approach
- Strong communication skills, who can anticipate both face to face and virtually via Teams or Zoom
- Liase with senior managers and reference contingent worker assignments
- Collaborate with external agencies regarding contingent workers pay, duties, conduct and termination
**You may also have**:
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel and Microsoft Office packages
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organise and display data to stakeholders
- A minimum of 2 year’s administration experience, in a fast passed working environment

**This is a Full-Time position working **39 **hours per week, on-site working at Springtown.**
