**What you’ll be doing**:
- Keeping recruitment campaigns running seamlessly - from job postings to interview coordination.
- Building and maintaining relationships with client contacts at all levels.
- Briefing panel members and notetakers, taking razor-sharp interview notes and safeguarding sensitive information.
- Organising and supporting client-facing webinars and online events.
- Providing admin excellence and process efficiency that keeps everything on track.
**What we’re looking for (Essential Criteria)**:
- **At least 2 years’** experience in fast-paced admin, recruitment, or HR support (public sector experience a bonus).
- Proven ability to manage **5+ concurrent recruitment campaigns or similar client projects** without missing deadlines.
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with **senior stakeholders** and build lasting professional relationships.
- Expert plate-spinner who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and stays focused.
- Tech-savvy - confident using **ATSs, CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, and virtual meeting tools**, and quick to pick up new systems.
- Strong written skills - e.g., producing accurate interview notes within **24 hours** of completion.
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do mindset and commitment to high standards
