**Overview**:
PragmatIC is looking for an exceptional Recruitment Resourcer to support with its Talent Acquisition objectives. It is an extremely exciting period of growth here at PragmatIC and as a result we are currently, and will continue to be, hiring many positions across all areas of the company.

**Key tasks**:

- Write adverts to attract talented applicants
- Support hiring managers through conducting interviews and maintain effective communication through the recruitment process
- Build a strong pipeline of talent globally for future recruitment needs

**Skills and experience**:

- Excellent communicator
- Proven recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
- Highly organised with strong timekeeping skills
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Experience of international recruitment (advantage)
- Experience of Engineering/Manufacturing recruitment (advantage)
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards, in particular LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to understand complex, technical roles
- Ability to be versatile and recruit roles of varying nature
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and database
- Enthusiasm
