I am representing a Global company with a base in Cambridge for a Global Recruitment Resourcer Role. This is a 12-month FTC with fully remote working from home options.

12 months FTC (can go permanent after)

30,000 - 35,000 Fully Remote Home Working

16% Bonus

**Recruitment Activity**

Support and where needed conduct recruitment briefing meetings with hiring managers

Where required, support managers with uploading of job roles and vacancies into the HR system, and ensure that the approval process is completed

Support with writing and posting attractive and engaging job adverts on external job boards/social media platformsto attract talent
- joboards such as Linkedin, Total Jobs and help identify other successful sourcing strategies to focus on direct sourcing

Support resource in other recruitment campaigns to support the TA specialists across the countries as demand requires

**Key Experience and Skills**

Experience working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment is ideal, preferably within a resource role and or agency resource attracting and maintaining talent

Experience of supporting/educating hiring managers
