UCLH are currently looking for an Admin Coordinator within the GI Services department. The Administration Coordinator will manage the administrative processes attached to patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high quality administration service, a positive patient experience, and excellent customer service.

The day to day duties will include supporting clinical teams, data management, booking and solving queries, to ensure access and quality targets are met and providing an effective administrative service.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Able to work independently, managing own workload, prioritising tasks and allocating work appropriately to others.
- Able to induct new staff into the department, providing training to new colleagues.
- Able to supervise a team of colleagues, providing day to day supervision and support, including delegating tasks and work allocation.
- Provide secretarial support for the department or division, including organising and administering meetings.
