**Job Title: Senior Area Supervisor**

**Salary: Competitive**

**Working Hours: Variable shift rota - 08:00 - 18:00 - 42 hours per week**

**Location: Euston**

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Provide front-line management to all security operations across the contract.
- Maintain effective contact with the customers and colleagues at all sites, developing a good relationship whilst promoting additional company services as and where appropriate.
- All site documentation is present and correct on each site. Regular updates and audits of kit, equipment, PPE and AI’s undertaken.
- Assist in the drawing up, monitoring and auditing of KPIs. Ensure all sites are maintained to the required standards.
- Assist in the implementation of new sites, including site evaluation, client liaison to identify welfare, secure keys and monitor points, security provision requirement and assisting in preparing AI’s.
- Answer general employee queries, including pay and holiday queries, liaising with Payroll & HR Advice as required.
- Escalate the welfare needs of colleagues as necessary.
- Conducting and owning investigations as required, presenting cases to Account Managers and HR in a timely fashion with all relevant evidence being submitted in an agreed format.
- Adhere to the company code of conduct.
- Deputise the operations support manager in their absence.
- Deputise for SCS Security Manager in meetings/site walks and as a security point of contact in SCS security Managers absence.

**What we are looking for from you**:

- SIA Close Protection Officer is essential.
- Full UK Driving License is essential.
- CCTV licence would be an advantage.
- Competent level skills in core IT Applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
- Judgment skills - able to understand the context and consequences of decisions and actions e.g. Balance the needs of the individual and the business.
- High-level accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence to take the initiative with the ability to improvise and be proactive.
- Ex-Police/Military background - Desirable.
- Previous large-scale construction project experience - Desirable.
