**£26,000 - £28,000 DOE**

**Monday-Friday, 8am-4.30pm**

Hales Group are currently recruiting for a Goods-In Supervisor on behalf of our well-renowned client based in Thetford; this is an exciting time to be joining a highly respected Company.

**What will you be doing?**
- Take full responsibility for all Inbound goods.
- Ensure all goods are correctly, quickly & efficiently put into the relevant locations and booked into stock, on the system.
- All queries to be reported directly to the Procurement Team.
- Communicate with the Logistics Team, when items that have arrived to enable fulfilment of a customer's order completely.
- Process all customer returns, with the sales team.
- Manage the inbound calendar for larger deliveries.
- Process the return of any items returned on our delivery van's.
- Assist with the dispatch of all orders going via courier.
- Ensure any items on inbound that do not have product ID on, have product labels applied.
- Keep all picking bays/locations topped up with inventory where there are multiple locations.
- Ensure the workplace and working areas are kept clean & tidy at all times.
- Organise and re-arrange stock where necessary, to enable new deliveries.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.

**Who are you?**
- 2 years' previous experience working in a similar position
- Good basic level of fitness
- Experience in managing a team, creating a proactive, inspiring work environment
- Good communication skills, written and verbal with both internal and external contacts
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure
