**Office Administrator**
**Job description**

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of working in a varied busy office. The successful applicant will ideally have experience of the following:
- working with microsoft office especially Word, Excel & Outlook,
- have a general working knowledge of databases,
- day to day general administrative duties and be confident when dealing with customers - both face to face and over the phone,
- integral member of a team, and when necessary have the ability to work on their own initiative
- working to tight deadlines
- excellent customer service skills are essential
- strong verbal & written communication skills
This is a part time position (approx 30-35 hours per week, monday-friday ) and alternate Saturday mornings, hours to be discussed.
Flexible to cover staff holidays and sickness
- Book keeping experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
