**The difference you’ll make.**
- Leading a Customer Engagement Squad as the Product Owner - set the vision, own the backlog
- Designing, executing, and evaluating customer engagement programmes across a range of customer needs and stages of the customer journey
- Fostering innovative thinking and customer centric decision making
- Engaging and negotiating with your stakeholders on prioritisation and progress
**What you’ll bring.**
- You’ll demonstrate your love for the responsibility of being a leader, and through that how you motivate and develop a team to achieve more than they thought was possible
- Your stakeholder management abilities will be one of your standout strengths, being adept at negotiating to get your stakeholders aligned and bought into a plan
**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Some experience of product ownership and what it entails
- Marketing knowledge through education or career experience
- A growth mindset, show us you can push the boundaries
- Experience working in an agile environment
**What else you need to know.**
We will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
This role is currently hybrid location (Milton Keynes 2 days per week/home based 3 days per week)

- Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
- Pension with generous contributions of up to 12.5% from Santander, depending on your own contribution and length of employment with us
- 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
