**Customer Engagement Support Officer (National)** We are looking for a Customer Engagement Support Officer to build, maintain and develop relationships with our partners. **Your responsibilities will include**: - Working alongside the Key Account Manager to manage assigned existing accounts to maximise all sales, cross-selling and up-selling including commercial opportunities. - Working alongside the Key Account Manager to assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners particularly with managers and key stakeholders. - Ensure our CRM system is used with recording of all employer activity and processes are followed for all accounts - You will liaise with internal managers and key stakeholders to support the achievements of students, ensuring students are fully supported in a timely manner and that any student risks / exits are kept to a minimum. - You will be delivering engagement sessions at our client sites to promote and increase the awareness of the benefits of Apprenticeships, whilst also promoting Qube’s Apprenticeships at career events and on social media. - Deliver presentations to meet the company’s quality standard; tailoring as required for the target audience, promoting Apprenticeship benefits to employer partners and prospective learners by delivering engaging sessions to an agreed brief - Attend career events to engage young people and showcase Apprenticeship opportunities - Work to ensure campaigns are supported at site level and all available products are understood and utilised where appropriate e.g Qube Talent/Apprentice Recruitment - Communicate in line with processes and procedures to Compliance, Operations and financial departments the customer offers that have been agreed. - Lead team to raise and maintain performance standards through clear and realistic targets **About you**: - Ideally you will have experience of apprenticeships and / or delivery (however this is not essential). - You will be an excellent communicator, with strong presentation skills. - You must be able to build and nurture strong relationships both internally and externally. - As Customer Engagement Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting clients throughout the UK so you must be prepared to travel as required. - Have a full drivers licence and access to car. - Be able to deliver exceptional customer service skills - Leadership skills **In return we offer**: - 22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 24 days after 1 year and after 2 years continuous service to 27 days - Birthday leave - Perkbox - Employee Discount Scheme - Regular company events and activities - Life Assurance - Internet contribution - Mileage paid at 35p per mile from your home address - Eye tests - Breakdown cover including home start - Tutor or the Month/Year - Long service awards - Employee referral bonus - Holiday purchase scheme **About Us**: Qube Learning deliver a range of training to individuals and teams via Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Short Courses, eLearning, as well as providing recruitment solutions for Jobseekers and Employers alike.
