**Overview**:
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a IT Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.

**Duties**:

- Provide First Line Remote Support
- Administrating Microsoft 365 Environments, including Adding/Removing Users, Changing Passwords and setting up MFA
- Completing detailed documentation to represent clients network infrastructure
- Completing Auditing of Backup solutions deployed across Server, Cloud and Local infrastructures
- Answering telephone and inputting tickets in to our CRM system
- Assisting Senior technicians with on-site support as required

**Entry requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

37.5hrs a week.

**Future prospects**:
There is a possibility of gaining full time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
