Position: Level 2 or 3 EYFS Practitioner The school are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Practitioner to join their dedicated team in September 2024. The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of our youngest pupils. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote the development of each child Monitor and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records and sharing observations with colleagues and parents Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement a broad and balanced curriculum Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and well-being Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health and safety regulations Requirements: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent Previous experience working in an EYFS setting, ideally within a school or nursery environment Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences Ability to work effectively as part of a team A proactive and flexible approach to work Benefits: Competitive salary (£23,000 - £25,000 per annum) Permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week) Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunities for professional development and training Modern facilities and resources Beautiful location in Tonbridge, Kent with access to local amenities and transport links How to Apply:
