**Salary**: Up to £25,000
Office Angels are excited to be working with this City Centre Recruitment Firm based only a 10 minute walk from the Train Station to find them a friendly and outgoing Senior Office Administrator. You will be based front of house with another administratorwhere you will be supporting the Office Manager in all their duties. This is a varied and busy role covering elements of administration, finance, facilities and IT.
You will need to be a quick learner, approachable and flexible.
This role is ideal for someone with experience of a similar role who is looking for a fun, friendly and social environment.
**Brief Overview of Responsibilities**:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors into the office
- Running payroll weekly and dealing with all relevant queries
- Production of invoices and credit control duties to gain timescales of payments
- Paying suppliers in line with timescales
- Ensuring the office is up to date with IT updates and PAT testing
- Stock control of all stationery and sundries
- Diary management and scheduling of appointments
- Organising travel arrangements when necessary
- Answering all incoming calls and directing appropriately
- Adhoc administration duties as required by the team e.g. production of reports, bookkeeping, call statistics etc.
**To be considered for this opportunity, you will have**:
- A clear and professional phone manner
- Experience of invoicing and paying suppliers
- Experience in a similar, varied administration role
